KoraX Intelligence (Pty) Ltd ("KoraX", "we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through our forms or by email: your name, email address, organisation, the topic of your enquiry and your message. Our forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to discuss a possible engagement or partnership, and, if you subscribe to our briefings, to send you those notes. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or relationship with us, and as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to how we use it. Write to info@koraxintelligence.co.za. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
